Day 1 again of 40 day Challenge -Feb 7th, 2013

I missed getting up on Sunday that is Feb 3rd, 2013 . Not going to give any reasons or excuses. As soon as you miss one day, you get back to Day 1 and start all over again, until you finish the 40 day challenge, so today is my Day 1 again.

Day 1:

  • Worked out for 30min, biked on stationary bike and covered 10KM and burnt 250 calories

  • Got up at 5:20 am, worked out for 20 minutes
  • Learnt about how new Blackberry 10 works, its features, its market share and its demand in public
  • Journalled 3 gratitude notes

Day 1 on Feb 1st, 2013

Got up at 5:20 am today, though a little late but I guess it will take a little practice to get in flow.

  • Workout for 25min, 21.7KM, 109 calories 
  • Started learning about PHP for half an hour 
  • Wrote the journal with the goals for the day, what was achieved from yesterday and gratitude

Warm up

Got up at 5:30 am yesterday and today, to get my body used to before the challenge.

  • Completed 20 min work out, 9KM , 21 min, 200 Calories achieved 
  • Started Journaling, today's task list , personal and professional and gratitude
  • Learnt about Mozzart and what a great composer he was

40 day Challenge

Starting 40 Day Challenge to rewire our brain and to make it a habit:
Starting this 40 day challenge to get up at 5am in the morning , starting from Feb 1st , 2013. 

During this time the first hour would be used in doing the following 3 things divided in 3 chunks.
  1. WORKOUT: First 20 min, work out . Either a fast paced walk in the park or yoga at home or stationary bike work out or play any sport for atleast 20min that gives you physical workout, like swimming , squash  etc.

  2. LEARN: Next 20 min, learning about something new


    3.  JOURNALING: Last 20 min, writing about how your day went, what did you do , gratitude, creating the daily schedule/goals for  today and reviewing yesterday goals
