Warm up
Got up at 5:30 am yesterday and today, to get my body used to before the challenge.
Completed 20 min work out, 9KM , 21 min, 200 Calories achieved
Started Journaling, today's task list , personal and professional and gratitude
Learnt about Mozzart and what a great composer he was
