Day 1 again of 40 day Challenge -Feb 7th, 2013
I missed getting up on Sunday that is Feb 3rd, 2013 . Not going to give any reasons or excuses. As soon as you miss one day, you get back to Day 1 and start all over again, until you finish the 40 day challenge, so today is my Day 1 again.

- Worked out for 30min, biked on stationary bike and covered 10KM and burnt 250 calories

- Got up at 5:20 am, worked out for 20 minutes
- Learnt about how new Blackberry 10 works, its features, its market share and its demand in public
- Journalled 3 gratitude notes

Day 1 on Feb 1st, 2013
Got up at 5:20 am today, though a little late but I guess it will take a little practice to get in flow.
- Workout for 25min, 21.7KM, 109 calories
- Started learning about PHP for half an hour
- Wrote the journal with the goals for the day, what was achieved from yesterday and gratitude
