I missed getting up on Sunday that is Feb 3rd, 2013 . Not going to give any reasons or excuses. As soon as you miss one day, you get back to Day 1 and start all over again, until you finish the 40 day challenge, so today is my Day 1 again.
Day 1:
- Worked out for 30min, biked on stationary bike and covered 10KM and burnt 250 calories
